A delicious quick & healthy summer snack for those 3pm cravings.
Snacking is part of our daily routine and here’s why:

– Regulate blood sugars
– Improve mood
– Feed your body with essential nutrients
– Keep you productive and happy


Serves: 10

Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients –

Matcha Yoghurt:
1 cup greek plant-based or dairy yoghurt 
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp maple syrup

Chocolate Top:
50g dark chocolate, melted
1 tbsp peanut butter 
1/4 tsp sea salt

Method –

Add all of the chocolate top ingredients to a small bowl or cup and mix to combine, set aside.

Add all of the matcha yoghurt ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined. Line a small tray or plate with baking paper and place 10 generous dollops of matcha yoghurt on the tray.

Place a slice of banana in the middle of each matcha yoghurt dollop followed by a generous spoonful of chocolate top. Sprinkle it with sea salt and place in the freezer to set for 30 minutes.

Once set, store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
