Click here to download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Select one of these four options to create an account.

4. Email & PasswordFor options 1-3 use your existing Google, Facebook or Apple ID to quickly set up an account and sign in. Note: Always use the same sign-in method.

Apple: Existing Members
Open app & tap ‘Account’ in the menu bar
Tap ‘Redeem Code’ & enter code
Your subscription will automatically update when your current subscription period expires
Apple: New & Expired Members
Download Two Raw Sisters App from App Store/ Google Play
Create account with your email & secure password
Select a subscription and scroll until you see ‘Redeem code’ - make sure the subscription matches the code you’re using
Tap ‘Redeem code’ and enter the code
Follow the on-screen instructions
Android: Existing Members
Open the Google Play App on your device
At the top right, tap the profile icon
Tap ‘Payments & subscriptions’ and then ‘Redeem gift code’
Enter the code and tap ‘Redeem’
Open the Two Raw Sisters App for your subscription
Confirm that your purchase uses the promo code
Your subscription will automatically update when your current subscription period expires
Android: New & Expired Members
Click to contact [email protected] and request your unique code

First check that you followed the instructions above.
1. If you created your account with Google, Facebook or Apple you won’t receive an email. You need to login to that platform to change your password.
2. If you created your account manually with an email and password but haven’t received an email, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Select the ‘Account’ icon in the menu bar then ‘Change Password’ and follow the instructions.
Note: If you created your account with Google, Facebook or Apple you will need to login to that platform to change your password.

Login to your account and follow these steps:
1. Select the ‘Account’ icon in the menu bar (see image below)
2. Select ‘Subscription’
3. A pop-up will appear then select ‘Two Raw Sisters’
4. Renewal date will appear OR select ‘See All Plans’ to change subscription

4. ‘Cancel Subscription’
If you can’t login to your account:
1. Open your phone ‘Settings’
2. Search for ‘Subscriptions’
3. Select ‘Two Raw Sisters’
4. ‘Cancel Subscription’
OR
1. Open the App Store/ Google Play App on your device
2. Click on the ‘Account’ icon
3. Select ‘Subscriptions’
4. Select ‘Two Raw Sisters’
5. ‘Cancel Subscription’
For any further issues you must contact Apple (click here) or Google (click here).

You must contact Google/ Apple to request a refund. All subscription transactions are processed directly via those platforms, therefore Two Raw Sisters cannot refund you.

The error message you have received may indicate that some of your personal or payment information is missing.
1. Check you’ve filled out the required fields correctly
2. Check your debit/ credit card is still valid
