  • Current Members:

    > Open your app
    > Click the yellow sale banner at the top of the screen (see below)
    > Select your new membership from the paywall
    > Follow payment instructions 
    > If you do not see the sale banner, you will need to update your app via the App Store and try again.

    New Members:

    > Download the Two Raw Sisters App here
    > Create an account
    > Select a membership
    > Tap ‘Start Your Membership’
    > Follow payment instructions

  • Apple (iOS): Your new membership will start immediately and you’ll be charged. Apple will automatically refund you for the unused portion of your current subscription.

    Android (Google Play): Your new membership will start immediately and you’ll be charged. Google Play will automatically apply the remaining time from your current subscription to your new plan.

  • Apple: Existing Members

    1. Open app & tap ‘Account’ in the menu bar

    2. Tap ‘Redeem Code’ & enter code

    3. Your subscription will automatically update when your current subscription period expires

    Apple: New & Expired Members

    1. Download Two Raw Sisters App from App Store/ Google Play

    2. Create account with your email & secure password

    3. Select a subscription and scroll until you see ‘Redeem code’ - make sure the subscription matches the code you’re using

    4. Tap ‘Redeem code’ and enter the code

    5. Follow the on-screen instructions

    Android: Existing Members

    1. Open the Google Play App on your device

    2. At the top right, tap the profile icon

    3. Tap ‘Payments & subscriptions’ and then ‘Redeem gift code’

    4. Enter the code and tap ‘Redeem’

    5. Open the Two Raw Sisters App for your subscription

    6. Confirm that your purchase uses the promo code

    7. Your subscription will automatically update when your current subscription period expires

    Android: New & Expired Members

    1. Click to contact [email protected] and request your unique code

  • Only applicable to manual accounts (email and password).

    > Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen
    > Enter your email address
    > Click ‘Reset password’
    > Open your emails and follow the instructions within the email.

    NOTE: If you created your account with Google, Facebook or Apple you won’t receive an email. Please see the ‘I haven’t received a ‘Reset Password’ email’ FAQ below.

  • If you don’t receive a ‘Reset Password’ email this indicates that you created your account with Google, Facebook, or Apple.

    1. If you created your account with Google, Facebook or Apple you won’t receive an email.

    To sign in follow the below instructions.

    > Open the Two Raw Sisters App
    > ‘I already have an account’
    > ‘More options’
    > Sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple.

    If you still cannot remember your password, You need to log in to that platform (Google, Facebook, or Apple) to change your password.

    2. If you are sure you created your account manually with an email and password but haven’t received an email, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

  • Login to your account and follow these steps:

    1. Select the ‘Account’ icon in the menu bar (see image below)

    2. Select ‘Subscription’

    3. A pop-up will appear then select ‘Two Raw Sisters’

    4. Renewal date will appear OR select ‘See All Plans’ to change subscription

  • Two Raw Sisters accepts no responsibility for any losses you may incur by failing to change or cancel a subscription.

    As all subscription payments are processed directly by Apple and Google, we cannot process refund requests. If you think that you are entitled to a refund please contact the app store provider directly for any refund inquiries.

    2. Search for ‘Subscriptions’

    3. Select ‘Two Raw Sisters’

    4. ‘Cancel Subscription’

    2. Click on the ‘Account’ icon

    3. Select ‘Subscriptions’

    4. Select ‘Two Raw Sisters’

    5. ‘Cancel Subscription’
