One of our OG recipes that we still make mosts weeks as a quick, delicious base to any meal.

Sesame Tahini Kale
Sesame Tahini Kale

Serves: 4-6

Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients –

1 large bunch of kale
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp sesame oil
1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
1⁄4 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted

Method –

Discard the kale stalks and roughly tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl.

Add the tahini, apple cider vinegar, tamari and sesame oil.

Massage the kale with your hands until the kale becomes tender.

Add the sunflower and pumpkin seeds and mix until everything is evenly combined.

Leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
