Carrot cake will forever be our favourite. We love making variations of overnight oats so we can enjoy delicious flavours for breakfast. Top your oats with yoghurt, banana slices and extra nut butter.


Serves: 2

Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients –

1 1/2 cup plant based or dairy milk 
1 carrot, grated
3/4 cup rolled oats 
1/3 cup dried coconut 
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp almond butter
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 
1 tsp ground ginger 
1/4 tsp sea salt

Method –

Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix until everything is well combined. 

Allow the oats to sit for at least 15 minutes or overnight in the fridge. 

The oats will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 days.
