This a great workshop for anyone who is becoming more aware of what they are putting into their body. What to expect?

If you’re starting from scratch with your lifestyle and want to consume more whole, minimally processed plant foods or you’re a massive foodie and already know a lot about food, this workshop will refresh your mind and inspiration around how you start a meal. All eaters are welcome, from meat lovers to vegetarians.

Taking the core Two Raw Sisters philosophy of starting with plants and then adding your protein on the side. Rosa and Margo will take you through a step-by-step workshop, showing you how to cook delicious food, that is healthy, quick, easy, and cost-effective.

The first step is knowing what pantry staples to get, knowing how to use them, and finally being educated on the best ways to cook certain foods to provide and enhance as much flavour as possible.

We will be covering a wide range of recipes from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Inspiring you on how you can stick to a small selection of pantry staple ingredients, however, using them in a smart way so they consistently taste different.

Finally, this workshop will educate you on substituting. Using what you have in your pantry and giving you the confidence to add or swap ingredients for your favourites or ones that suit you more.

We welcome all eaters into our kitchen. Come on your own or shout out to your good friend, mum, workmate, or granddaughter.
