Serves 8-11 as a side.

This is a great all-rounder for every kind of tastebud. The miso tahini dressing we use for this salad is an absolute banger. We love miso for all of its health benefits, one being that it is a high source of protein that is readily absorbable by the body.

This salad may vary from week to week, season to season. We use a variety of fresh seasonal vegetables our suppliers have available, the canned legume we are rocking at the time, and a handful of whatever nuts and seeds our cook feels like using.

We highly recommend serving this with any of our protein sides.
