This is one of the very first salad recipes Two Raw Sisters ever made. The use of Indian spices in this recipe transforms the roasted pumpkin and crispy chickpeas into little flavour bombs. Pumpkin is high in beta-carotene, which is then turned into Vitamin A in your body. It is shown that Vitamin A strengthens your immune system and can help fight off infection.

We highly recommend serving this with our chicken or beef fillet.
