Our malty, ginger spiced bread is so warming and comforting, especially with a decent spread of butter. We use blackstrap molasses which is a thick, black unrefined sugar syrup, high in iron, calcium, and magnesium. The molasses gives the gingerbread its traditional dark, malty flavour that we all love!

Served with whipped salted butter.
