HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE TWO RAW SISTERS APP

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Open and select one of these four options to create an account (see image below).

1. Google
2. Facebook
3. Apple

4. Email

The first 3 options allow you to use your existing Google, Facebook or Apple ID to quickly set up an account and sign in. This will be the button you use to sign in each time.


SUBSCRIPTION PRICES

After creating your account you will be asked to select one of the following subscriptions and your free 7 day trial will start immediately.

3. Yearly

SIGN IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

From the app home screen select ‘Already have an account? Sign in” (see first image below) OR select the button that you used to create your account.

1. Google (white) for a quick login with existing Google ID
2. Facebook (blue)
for a quick login with existing Facebook
3. Apple (black)
for a quick login with existing Apple ID
4. Email (‘Already have an account? Sign in’)
enter your email and password (see second image below)

THINGS TO WATCH OUT FOR

1. Accidentally creating an additional account
This can easily be done. E.g. You created your account via the orange ‘Sign Up With Email’ and used your ‘@gmail.com’ email address. This does not mean you can select ‘Sign In With Google’, or you will risk creating a new account. Stick to the instructions above.

2. Remembering your password
If you created your account manually with an email and password we recommend you choose a password you commonly use. If you created your account with Google, Facebook or Apple you will use your existing ID (email and password) to quickly login.

If you do forget your password continue scrolling to reset your password and regain access to your account.


FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD

You can regain access or reset your password by selecting the following option that applies to you:

1. Google: click here
2. Facebook:
click here
3. Apple:
click here
4. Email:
inside the app select ‘Already have an account? Sign in’ then select ‘Forgot password?’ and you will be sent an email (see image below).


IF YOU DIDN’T RECEIVE ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ EMAIL

First check that you followed the instructions above.

You wont receive a ‘Forgot Password’ email if you created your account with Google, Facebook or Apple.

If you created your account manually with an email and password and haven’t received the ‘Forgot Password’ email, please contact marketing@tworawsisters.com for assistance.


CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

Select the ‘Account’ icon in the menu bar (see image below) then ‘Change Password’ and follow the instructions.

Note: If you created your account with Google, Facebook or Apple you will need to login to that platform to change your password.


CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
or CHECK RENEWAL DATE

Login to your account and follow these steps:

1. Select the ‘Account’ icon in the menu bar (see image below)
2. Select ‘Subscription’
3. A pop-up will appear then select ‘Two Raw Sisters’
4. Renewal date will appear OR select ‘See All Plans’ to change subscription


UNSUBSCRIBE/ DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

Login to your account and follow these steps:

1. Select the ‘Account’ icon in the menu bar (see image below)
2. Select ‘Subscription’
3. A pop-up will appear then select ‘Two Raw Sisters’
4. ‘Cancel Subscription’

CAN’T LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Open your phone ‘Settings’
2. Search for ‘Subscriptions’
3. Select ‘Two Raw Sisters’
4. ‘Cancel Subscription’

For any further issues you must contact Apple (click here) or Google (click here).


YOUR ‘ACCOUNT EXPIRED’
or CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD ISN’T WORKING

Your subscription payments are processed through Google/ Apple, therefore you need to login to your Google/ Apple account to solve this problem.

The error message you have received indicates that some of your information is missing. This is stopping Google/ Apple from processing your payment information.

First you need to check your personal information and card details are filled out correctly, and your debit/credit card is still valid. You may have missed filling out a field, or your payment information or address information may not match what you have entered on the Two Raw Sisters App.
