Spiced Cacao Mug

Hormone supporting spiced cacao mug perfect for your luteal and menstrual phase, or simply when you need some TLC. We love this before bed.

SPICED CACAO MUG | SERVES 1 | 10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

1 cup plant-based or dairy milk 
1 tbsp cacao powder
3/4 tsp maca powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1/2 tsp ginger 
1 tsp maple syrup 
Pinch of sea salt 

To Serve:
Dark chocolate 
Cinnamon

METHOD

POT
Place all of the ingredients into a pot and whisk until well combined. 

Heat over a medium heat until warm. Pour into a mug and top with dark chocolate and cinnamon.

MILK STEAMER
In a mug add cacao, mama, cinnamon, ginger, maple and salt. Add 2 tbsp of boiling water and mix until well combined.

Steam your milk till hot and frothy. Pour steamed milk into the mug and top with dark chocolate and cinnamon.
