Chocolate Fudge

Using only 2 ingredients we think you might have lying around at home. This fudge is dense, satisfying and naturally sweetened with banana. The perfect afternoon or after dinner sweet treat.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE | SERVES 4 | 10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

100g dark chocolate, melted 
1 ripe banana
1/4 tsp sea salt 

METHOD

Add the melted chocolate, banana and sea salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. 

Line a small bowl with baking paper and pour the fudge inside. Place in the freezer to set for 30 minutes.

Once set, cut into squares and enjoy! It will last up to 2 months in the freezer.
